No decoder cancelation option on DStv platforms

DStv is ***** and not user friendly.

I've tried to cancel my decoder subscription as I'm streaming and move to compact stream. It doesn't give me the option to move to stream. I cancel my subscription which expires on the 15th of May 2026. Please cancel my decoder so that I can be able to choose stream option.
