No customer support!
I need to contact Dstv to cancel my subscription, I cannot find any email address or contact number on their website, it's like they don't want their customers to contact them. I tried using their WhatsApp service but it says that I cannot cancel via WhatsApp. I tried using their app but I cannot login to it. Can someone help me cancel my subscription with immediate effect please! Respond to me by email please, I can't take calls during working hours.
