No customer service whatsoever - totally USELESS

My reference number is ********** 6. From Friday 28 December 2018 I am still waiting for an H4U decoder expert to call me to sort out a problem that started when the decoder was swapped out at DSTV Randburg. I was promised I'd get a call back several times but no-one calls.
