NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY DSTV ~ THE WORST I'VE EXPERIENCED IN YEARS!
ZERO RATING APPLIES! I was contacted by a sales person from Multichoice a month ago selling me a price lock package for R799 for 12 months all inclusive ~ agreed telephonic ally that the sales person would phone me at 16h30 to complete the transaction. This didn't happen and after multiple telephone calls, a mail trail to *** that's a mile long and incl this post 3 complaints on Hello Peter AND NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME ~ Rhodene
