No customer Service "**** Promo"

Now here is another that does not deserve our eyes and money. Dstv is so desperate for clients, they busy running a promo asking us to pay and you will access premium service. after making a payment still no access to the promised, i spoke to their useless client service agent name "ZARA" damn that agent is verry clueless when it comes to product knowledge.....Multi choice might as well close down once and for all and stop repeating shows and give their agents proper training.
