No customer service or reply from DSTV

Still today no one no one called us I supply my husband id and alternative cellphone number. This is the service we receive from DSTV. They simply do not care about customer service. My husband spoke to the manager she advised him she will call him back it's a week later no calls. Only one contact we cannot get hold of you.
