No customer service

Have a error E01 on my box office went to the walk in centre N1 city spent 40 min with a agent who did not even know how to switch on my box after she finally got it on she went talking to her friends came back and told me she reset the box Hdpvr I ask her to show me it works and she say it will work in 48 hours Wow in my 20 years of being a paying customer I relized dstv have no more care for paying customers it gets better she tells me I can buy a replacement box instead of fixing the error.... That was the nail in the coffen she don't know how to do her job. So after driving 30 km to dstv waist my time I still have the same issue well done Dstv
