No customer service at all

Yet again I find myself dealing with the *********** staff from this establishment I am appauled by the type of service I received from a call centre agent called Ntombi Khumalo and her redundant of a supervisor who was so full of attitude and sarcasm by the name of Precious Dlamini to think there are million youths in our country with qualifications at that sitting home without a job yet you find entry levels holding positions they don't deserve to top it all I was told they don't know where the manager by the name of Robert Chauke is....now I see why Netflix is chosen as the best thing if we have to deal with people like this
