No Customer Service

The one rating is selected only because i have to choose a rating but they don't even deserve on star.I have been having signal issues for the past 2 days I can't view any channel on my decoder, It is stuck on Installation Wizard. I have been phoning the DSTV call center on *** with no help, they tell me I don't have signal and I must get myself a DSTV installer to come and check it at my own cost, what Bull**** is that? This is no fault of mine and DSTV is not even bothered to help me as customer as long as I pay monthly subscript!!!! So fed up, I'm ready to cancel this nonsense of a no service Company
