NO customer service

I called (DSTV)them on Monday(25/05/2020) and spoke to a lady by the name of "Nqobile" with regards to additional charges to my account which was never advised yet I was charged. I advised the lady to check their data and recall the call made to me when I originally took the package and revert back, to date no call back and no explanation. I wonder how many other people are getting ********** in this way and I am sure they live in hope that it would just disappear unnoticed.
