No customer resolution useless and horrible customer service!

Horrible service by useless agent Thabiso Dlamini, asked him to downgrade my package explained I did last month on what’s app and it didn’t go through called in the morning! just checked my package its still not downgraded. Number 2 my parents pvr settings are still not working and everything has been paid and I asked him twice if the pvr and catch up will work after payment he said yes and they are not.

He didn’t help me with anything all he was doing he was laughing with other people while he was helping me, I mentioned it he didn’t even apologise. His useless that guy useless bad customer services he didn’t resolve any of my problems zero Mxm.!
