No correspondence
After numerous telephone calls I eventually got information that I have short paid for 4 months. That is a total of R40.00 This was an honest mistake as I have kept on paying R309 every month. I was misinformed with regards to the increase of R10 per month. Even though the lady at DSTV call centre told me they sent me a letter in March I have received no correspondence, me reminding her that the post office was on strike a while back. I got so frustrated and angry - and I'm sorry for that, but if I had known, why would I then not pay the extra R10? Instead I kept on paying R309 every month? <br> I now have to pay R198 to re-connect my DSTV subscription. I am a single parent who have to make ends meet and would gladly pay the R40 instead of the extra connection fee, but no help seems to be forthcoming. I even sent an email to multichoice but have not heard from them since.
