No contact, Still no tv guide
Would some one from Multichoice please tell what is going on with my print version tv guide???

I have phoned in only to be **** to by the consultant, I have complained on this website and told that my complaint has been referred to relevant people....and STILL I sit with the same problem and no solution.

No one from Multichoice has bothered to contact me since my telephonic query, I STILL have not received an English print version MNET Analogue TV guide for February and have NOT even received one for March!!!

This is so poor of Multichoice and points to negligence and mal-administration. How can a company just simply not respond to a customer in 2 - 3 weeks after placing a call and a electronic complaint?

I have always received the TV guide in print and in English when I lived in Cape Town, since I changed my address in earlier January, now, suddenly it is a problem! Why it is a problem to post a tv guide when I simply changed address....no disruption to service is needed.

Multichoice really doesn't take into consideration MNET Analogue subscribers that we CANNOT simply press the tv guide button on the remote - no tv guide button or function with the MNET decoder.
