No contact details for VIP price lock department

Hi, there is no way to contact the price lock department, I need a settlement letter for the contract as it appears on the credit bureau that I owe them too much money, there are three listings for dstv on my credit profile that looks like I in arrears with payments and this is affecting my ability to get credit. So I want settlement letters for those 3 listings individually as I need to buy a house and can't afford to lose it. I called yesterday and I was told to leave my contact details for the so called VIP price lock department to call me back but they never did as I was promised they'd call in two hours.
