No communication Whatsoever from Multichoice and rude employess

I sent an sms with the keywords Pricelock on the 04/05/2019 and got a callback on the same day explaining the product to me. I accepted the terms and conditions and was advised over the phone that my new explorer would be delivered to me between 5 to 7 working days and that I would receive an email with a voucher for the free installation. Fast forward, the 7 working days went by and still no form of communication from multichoice. I called in on the 17/05/2019 and spoke to a consultant who was sooo rude and kept screening at my on the phone and eventually cut the call. I called back again and on the same day and requested to speak to a manager, after about 15min of holding on the phone a manager by the name of Clinton picked up and promised that he would listen to the calls and call me back to provide feedback in regards to my package as well as the rude consultant. Friday went by and on Monday 20/05/2019 I call back in again to find out whats happening and the call gets answered by Fezeka, I ask to speak to the manager and she advises that the manager first wants to know what the issue is before he/she can come to the phone, then guess what? Again she cuts the call. In summary, I have been awaiting my package as well as the voucher from the 4th of May and to date there is no communication from Multichoice and everyone that works there is soooo rude and ***********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
