No communication as promised regarding installation

On Wednesday the 3rd I took my HD PVR to the walkin center in Randburg. Because I had insurance the decoder was replaced with an Explora for free and I also got installation for free. They told me that I would be contacted within 48 hours to arrange installation. That 48 hours came and gone. On the 8th I phoned the call center to find out what is happening and was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. That time also came and gone. The service is shocking and the promises all lies !! Can some one please assist to get this sorted.
