NO CLIENT SERVICE AT ALL

We got a call to upgrade to Premium at no extra cost. What a lot of nonsense. We had to by a new Xtra view decoder, we had to pay an installer to instal new decoders and we had to lay wifi cables at our own cost after they said that we get free showmax, catch up and so forth - but they didn't say we have to have internet. Now, after a week, our Xtra view still isn't working! After no less then 6 calks to their call centre, a lot of data wasted on their whatsapp line, still nothing! An absolute disgrace!!!
