No charges......and then you get charged......and off course no feedback

<p>After experiencing endless problems with DSTV Boxoffice, i get a reply from DSTV that charges will be reversed and Ghostbusters can be rented at no charge.</p> <p>Other than being charged for the movie, DSTV don't even answer me back!</p> <p>Is it because DSTV know they have the monopolly in tv viewing and they just don't worry about the individual??</p>
