No catch up and ignoring my chats
I haven't been able to catch up since this morning, tried to contact with no help, they say they have reset and just dissappear during the online conversation, is this what we paying for, no service at all, 3 chats left in the middle while I wait more than an hour to get reply, now I see why are people going Netflix.
