No box office, no help, no service

I have been trying for two days to get box office working. I send code after code to the sms number as well as bo.dstv.com but no movie becomes available for rent. I tried to a “live chat” yesterday but agent couldn’t assist at all and kept asking me the same question over and over. Eventually she said she will forward to the box office technical dept, and surprise surprise, still waiting. Amazing how prices increase but services decrease rapidly thereafter. I’ve now been charged for movies I have not watched so I will be canceling my entire subscription to dstv. It’s not worth the 1000 rand anymore as dstv is declining. Netflix and others have way more original content at a fraction of the price.
