No authority to cancel my debit order

I have been a regular and continuous DSTV subscriber for many years and never ever has one of my debit orders been denied.

However recently somebody in Multichoice decided (at the end of October) to cancel my debit order and of course now I have been without DSTV for three weeks. I followed up and eventually I was forced to write a formal LETTER OF DEMAND, twice, but my pleas have been ignored.

I did NOT give permission to cancel my debit order. On the contrary I regularly advise Multichoice when I call in for assistance that all my details, including debit orders, are correct! If I used something I will pay for it, no questions asked. I am not refusing to pay.

Since I did not cancel the D/O I feel it is ********* to re-apply for reinstatement, it also makes me feel that there might have been unauthorised tampering or other activities that makes me feel uncertain.

All I want is for my D/O to be put back into the position where it was before somebody (I don't know who) cancelled it.
