No Assistance with finding a DSTV Installer

DTSV is very quick to sell you once of their packages, their after sales service however is pathetic. I app**** for a pricelock deal and received the decoder on the 13th August. I advised the consultant that I lived in a complex with high rise flats when I did the application. Three installers contacted me and have been to the complex to install over the last week and all of them mentioned that the building is too high for them to install the dish on the roof. I've escalated the issue back to Multichoice 4 times now, I've been pushed around from one contact number to the other and no one can assist me. No where in the call or on your website does it mention that installations cannot be done on a 3 level block of apartments. This service should not have been offered to me if DSTV knew that they could not assist me with the complete application and installation. I have the decoder, sealed in the courier bag, waiting for some sort of help. If DSTV does not want to assist me, please have your courier collect the package from me and cancel my application. I do not want to deal with your company anymore.
