No assistance received... Unacceptable and appalling service!

Good day

My dad bought a router at your offices and it is not working.

This is highly upsetting because we are paying everymonth for a service we cannot seem to access.

There is never internet as this router isn't working. We have tried calling several times and e are kept on hold for hours till our airtime runs out.

This is highly unacceptable.

URGENTLY SORT THIS OUT AND GRT SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS THEIR JOB TO CONTACT US AND SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!!!!
