No assistance; no reponse

Completely *********** systems and no responses to queries. Staff do not know their own process; they claim you are on a contract but cannot say when or how the contract was signed. They do not respond to emails, cannot review previous queries, always complain the is an issue with the phone line. No supervisors are available to help the staff.
