No assistance leads to Frustration
I am a normal Mnet subscriber, none Dstv and as a rule Mnet subscribers who have had their decoders for over 20 years and have not upgraded to Dstv for personal reasons, are treated as poor cousins in my mind!

Today I do not have signal on my Compact 9000 decoder - phoned in -person did not have a clue! Conclusion, I am still without my Mnet Signal
Plus he did not seem to understand that an orange light on the decoder denotes signal
