No arrears

I received an sms Friday 6 March saying I need to pay R207 or I will get cut off. Seeing as my account has been running off debit order for years I found this odd. I called the support centre at 3:30pm that afternoon and I was told I don't need to worry about it. I've realized this is only since I took up the Explora package for R799 that I revive these messages. I've had almost one a day since then. I have pasted the lasted one below.
