No answers on payment plan

From R 599 to R 780 that I don't even understand how it came. The two calls I made didn't solve my challenge, I'm told I owe installation from 2023, why was it hidden until February 2025? I'm told again I lost discount when I changed payment method from debit order to cash, I've been paying with eft since I can remember
