No airtime received
Again, I used coins on the Dstv rewards to purchase airtime, 750 coins for R75 airtime, still I have not received anything. 24 hours have passed and still nothing. I called Dstv to find out about it and was told to wait 24 hours, I've waited and it passed, so what now Dstv ? The last time I also purchased airtime for R30 using 300 coins, I never received it. Is it happening again now all over and then having to send emails back and forth without any resolution?

12 Dec 2025, 09:24So I called the Dstv rewards centre on Thursday and was requested to send an email with my customers number and screenshot the airtime purchased, which I done. When I called again now to ask how long it will take for my airtime to be loaded, I was told to wai until they respond to my email. No time frame was given as the reason was they sit with a backlog. The consultants are extremely arrogant and no help at all. Yet another day and still no aittime. Dstv rewards are the pits really.
