No Action Taken. Lack of responsiblity

Hello and good day<br> My Subscriber no is ***4. I have been trying to get the debit order to come off my sons account but to no avail. I have spoken to not less than 5 consultants and 2 Supervisors with no action.<br> I initiated a query with the following ***, to load a debit order on my sons account. I e mailed all the documents that were requested and to date the debit order has still not been loaded.<br> The consultants tell me that they have escalated it and that's when there responsibility end.
