No Account department

It baffles my mind how a big corporation as DSTV doesn't have a account department that could help with a payment arrangementsthey are extremely quick to take your money every month but when you as a paying customer every month has a problem with payment for one months payment then there is no way that they can help you.

I don't understand that there is now accounts department what so ever
