No access to Showmax
I've added Showmax on my dstv package, I've made payment but im struggling to access content, .I've already spent R100 in airtime trying to get assisted but none can assist... Im really frustrated

29 Jul 2023, 19:11I mean if consultants dont understand how the product works and if its causing frustration on my end why sell it then....if i cant still access it then I should be refunded R49 and access Showmax on different platform. I have now spent R200 on airtym and they keep saying the recovery team will call but they dont.
