NMS INSURANCE

I was offered insurance waiver contract on the basis that it form part of my monthly subscription for DSTV. I repeatedly asked the consultant of any additional cost that I will cost for this service she said I wont pay any additional fees. After I have dropped the call I received details about the monthly premium that I need to pay. I then wrote e-mail to state that I dont need this policy. Today 06/June/2024 I have called the NMS insurance to cancel this policy and I was told it was cancelled. I then paid the outstanding fee to DSTV of R329 to reconnect my subscription. I am then told I need to pay another R237 for arrear insurance premium. I am very furious that I am dealing with dishonest consultant from NMS Insurance
