How dare you!!!
about 4 years ago i spent close to 4 months on the phone almost every day on the phone with multichoice coz they kept suspending my account even though I had made payment.
during that period I sent them numerous emails with the proof of payments but they still couldn't allocate the payment to the point where i cancelled. 4 years im minding my business, i get an SMS saying i've been handed over i owe over R1000... Kanjani. then i get a very rude phone call from the ****** collectors.
I HAVE PAID 4 YEARS AGO, I'VE SENT THE PROOF OF PAYMENT. it's not my fault your systems didnt pick it up. So please stop harassing me. And don't you dare mess up my credit record coz of your ****** incompetence.
