Nightmarish DSTV Multi-Choice

My decoder has just stopped switching on as from the 1 April 2022. I made more than 10 calls to ***, and i was being referred to go to Rusternburg and Rooderpoort to have my decoder checked and I refused, I was given two numbers of DSTV technicians ( *** and or *** ) who wanted R600 call out fees and I refused. I was then told to go to any walk in DSTV centres for help , I went to Thembisa DSTV centre and they checked and find out is not working and they refused to replace despite that its insured . I wnet to Kempton Park walk in Centre and still they referred me to Edenvale and when I arrived in Edenvale on Saturday , they were closed on Saturday at about 15:00 and still did not get help at all. Multi-Choice is taking for fools that despite paying monthly premium and the insurance they can assist in real time. The call centre agents are the worst I have came across in my entire life. I have been to Middestad building Multi-choice walk in centre this morning and two people attended to me, namely Noxolo Mashaba and Lerato Motsei , however they still refused to replace the decoder despite proof that I have an insurance on the decoder and its not working. I will urge all multi choice customers to withheld their payments for just three months so that it collapses. I will start a petition for all customers to sign so that we can start with the DSTV 2022 boycott.
