NIGHTMARE TO DISCONNECT SERVICE

DSTV (MultiChoice) deserves a "junk status" rating. Seriously! What a nightmare to disconnect the service. Their system does not allow you to disconnect your package a month or two in advance, nor can you disconnect before the 26th either!!! Customer must make use of their unprofessional "Let's Chat" service, where the consultant takes "forever" to respond. I dealt with Paseka. Grrrrr, can't wait to to get rid of this unprofessional service provider. And they repeat the programmes over-and-over-and over again!!!!
