Nightmare from dstv am really not happy

Dstv how can one pay for there tv but at the end of the day can't even watch it... I pay my dstv month end on the 28 it's not even month end yet but my dstv it's not working it hasn't been working from the get go.. called them everytime I spoke to different people non of them help me even now my dstv os not working but it has been paid for
