Nightmare

DStv has turned out to be my worst nightmare, so I won a free upgrade for a month, so it happened that DStv continued that upgrade to the next month when I inquired my balance it said to pay -R11 now I’ve been called by the debtors collections saying I owe R459 but when I check my balance today it said R629. Are y’all a ****???!!!!
