NEW SYSTEM UNMANGEABLE

The new system can not accommodate your holiday viewing and then you hold for hours as nobody can explain. You make a manual payment as the debit order system is not taking the right amount and they can not find the payment. After spending nearly an hour of my airtime on the phone nobody can fix it.
