New system debit order debacle

Good day, to my surprise on the 21 July 2015 a debit order of R880,02 from Multi -Choice went of my account, I'm an annual payer, phoned the call centre on the 21st , consultant told me a supervisor will call me back as the accounts department needs to investigate, no phone call, called back on the 22nd was told by the consultant the system loaded a vacation subscription, however it will take 60 days to refund, what the......seriously, it takes that long to refund a customer, I refuse to believe that..new system, now its my fault
