New subscribtion but no decoder
I subscribed to a new decoder package June 2020, made the payment, recieved a mail from Dstv that my parcel was on its way. a Week later a courier company phoned me from Polokwane to deliver my parcel, when they noticed that I am still another 180km from Polokwane they refused to deliver. I kept on phoning dstv every week for the past year now and every time I get to a differnt sales person, explain everything and get the promise of feedback. 2 weeks ago I had a break and emailed a lady the details, but unfortunately still no reply. How can I pay for a product and just dont recieve it from a company like dstv? I am very frustrated and I spend more money on airtime to phone dstv than what my subscribtion payment was worth. Never in my whole live have i seen a company more incompotent than dstv, Im still without my decoder and still no answer from dstv, they friendly lady that tried to help me at dstv (***) is also now off the map and dont even bother to reply to my mails.
