New Showmax problem

Showmax not working phone DSTV call center. Do not worry the new App is being load will work 14th Feb. I asked the question will it work on my decoder yes it will work on all DSTV decoders. This morning still not working. Now i read it will only work on ultra decoder. So i will have to buy a new decoder or new tv. How is that fair. I am not happy we are on pension do not have money lying around.
