New respond to my queries

I have called Multichoice from December last year and made contact 3 times already and still no response even an email from them. On the 8 Jan after i still have not received my refund i spoke to Mpho Mukansi who asked that i send an email with my bank statement and copy of an ID. Which i did and even used Zandile.Ntshangase. To my surprise i haven't received my refund back. My last contact was yesterday when i sent another email and yet no contact or money received.

Please help with this urgently.
