New mess for SA called DSTV

Be very careful for DSTV. I had a credit on my account which was enough for a month's subscription. DSTV just disconnect me with the excuse the subscription was cancelled due to no payment. The more I say there is a credit on the account they say I need to pay. It turns out they just reverse and add items to your account as they feel like. I am sure the debtors clerk there never even work in finance ever before. The account statement is one big mess. The only people you can speak to is the customer support, which is useless. They just end the chat or call when they cannot answer you. Bunch of useless idiots. It is no wonder this idiots lost so many clients. Trying to fix DSTV will not work when you cannot even commit to your promises.
