New Dstv Explora 3b keeps on freezing
My second Dstv Explora keeps on freezing, it's frustrating to buy a new decoder worth R1000 only to face the same problem, Dstv fix your manufacturing Dept. I bought the decoder Saturday its hardly 5 with it. I'm not happy with you guys

15 Dec 2022, 11:25I want to thank you guys for quickly attending my issue. I went to the customer care center as advised last night I started experiencing the same issue till now. Ap Maponya Mall they said they can only format/reboot the decoder but they can't change it due to no stock. Please help Dstv
