New decoder (explorea)
We upgraded our Dstv, we got two new decoders and one is not working, we have been send from pillar to post in order to get a decoder that is working, my husband was told to go to one of the offices near by which is 50 kilometers away but he didn't get help, now he was told to go to another branch which is almost 80 kilometers away for us to exchange
