NEW DCC insurance from multichoice BAD NEWS STAY AWAY

DSTV insurers DCC are useless They have a new insurance that cost 3 times as much as the old decoder insurance. This is supposed to cover the installation as well, if there is a fault it must be reported by e mail or phone direct to insurance department. There was a waiting period that was waived if one join in December 2023 which I did. I send an e mail 12 days ago and called the insurance as well only to be told the installation side was not waived only the decoder, but it did not say so on the SMS i got when i joined. Keep away do not take this insurance as the waiting time for DCC to respond is bad then they still have to send a technician out how long will that take? in the meantime one will sit without DSTV signal while u waif for them. Rather stick to the old insurance
