New Contract

After contacted Multichoice and complain about the new Contract that the lady in the sales department didn't provide me with all import information, I lodged a complain to Multichoice and same day I was contacted and promised that my issue will be solved on the 28th March 2023, but since then no one was willing to help I wrote two emails I got one answer, but no one tried to resolve the problem. Today the 25th June 2023, I received a call from young lady Primrose Koko, who by all means tried to understand my problem and resolve this issue though she is not even working in the same department that promised to resolve my problem This Yong girl is very dedicated to her job, she knows what it's expected from her, with her humility, understanding and analysing on how to solve the problem, she did it, weighing alternative views on how to assist me within 30 minutes, I wish most employees at Multichoice can be like her, based on what other employees were resolving my problems. Thumbs up my girl, continue to assist others too with your wisdom and knowledge. God bless you, you uplifed what was heavy on my shoulders! Keep it up!
