Never use dstv online payment method they take money and do not activate your service

Worst service ever. Please do not pay for dstv streaming service using their online payment method. On the 1st of January I paid to use their streaming service via their online payment method, everything went thru my bank and I got a message from them saying my payment was successfull on the 2nd of January the service was still not activated from the 2nd until today the 6th I couod not get them to activate the service I paid for. I emailed several times contacted them via facebook message....the only response I get us the following: "We do apologize for the delay caused from our end, please wait while we follow on the matter. ~MPN"... At this stage I just want my money back and warn people to not pay them with your bank card using their online payment service...you pay and will not receive any service and not one of their contact methods to assist you is able to do so, all they keep on saying for 5 days now is that they will follow up...
