Never take out Decoder Insurance through Dstv
Insurance for decoders through dstv is a spam!!!

This is not my first mail or phone call

I drove in different directions to three different towns total approximate 300 km to replace my PVR decoder. In three different towns i was unsuccessful because they don't have anything in stock

I give a phone call to insurance department to lodge my frustrated complain to them. a lady there on the 19 th February after she spoke to her team leader confirm that they decided to refund me my whole term money of the amount of R850. the money will be available after 7 working days.

This morning i phone again and now some how a gentlemen was suppose to contact me to tell me that they did found a agent ( again far from where i am staying ) to replace the decoder. What you don't understand when i arrive there, they don't have in stock.

Now it bring me to the conclusion - you take clients money and when it come to service you CAN NOT PROVIDE SERVICE EITHER wHAT YOU HAVR PROMISE. MONey

If i were you and see that the client bring his time through to tries, thereafter walk the extra mile and take a new replacement decoder to your loyal client at his home. THAT IS SERVICE!!!
