Never received Multi Switch for new Explora!!!!!
Hi<br> <br> I ordered a new DTSV Explora decoders using their DPP Department on a contract basis of R99.00pm.<br> <br> When I received thge item last week I struggled for 2 hours getting it hooked up to my system at home as my cabling etc is compatible.<br> <br> After spending 1 hour on the phone with DSTV the last agent i spoke to told me that I needed a MultiSwitch which did not come with the Exlora.<br> <br> When signing up for the Explora Deal I was never notified that there will be no MultiSwitch with the Unit. I spoken to two of the Supervisors and was told they will escalate this to the DPP Department and if they did not mention the switch when I spoke to them they would send me a new one. NO FEEDBACK YET!! the Supervisor is ignorning all my emails and no longer taking my calls.<br> <br> All the units in Stores have the multiswitch included but they say the new units does not have it in. and it costs R500.00 to purchase.<br> <br> I am appalled at the way they have handled this query and I feel that I am not wrong to demand the multiswitch as they never specified this when completing the contract.<br> <br> Regards<br> Wayne Hartley
